Yesterday I went to my Gudwara and asked Giani Ji if he would help me with understanding the meaning of the
Mool Mantra. He agreed and I took
7 short videos they are now uploaded on to Youtube.com.. ( search Mr Sikh Student and that should come up). I am at the moment trying to translate Punjabi into English as best I can....I think I need to get the Mrs to Help me.
I am well pleased with it, it has helped me to fully understand the Mool Mantra so I know what I am meditate on.
I do believe a greater understanding, grants a more contented life.
